Harry Kaminsky is the Principal/Consultant for Kaminsky Mediation Consulting. Having earned Master’s
degrees in both Social Work and Education and with twenty five years of experience as a mediator,
master trainer, and dispute resolution executive, he is eminently qualified to assist individuals and
organizations in learning and enhancing skills that effectively identify, manage and resolve problems in
the workplace, community, and home.
Harry served as a national vice president for the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the leading
provider of alternative dispute resolution services, for twenty years. Most recently he was the vice
president of AAA University, the training division of the AAA. Immediately before this, he served as
national vice president of Neutrals Services and as vice president for the AAA’s Arizona-New Mexico-
Nevada regional office. Harry was also the founding director of the Phoenix Community Mediation
Program and served as an adjunct faculty at Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix,
teaching courses in mediation and dispute resolution. He has published several articles on mediation
and co-authored a book chapter. In addition, he has designed and written curricula for training
programs on arbitration, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution. Harry has organized, hosted
and moderated several international conferences on dispute resolution and is often sought after to be a
conference speaker and training facilitator.
